* The office is closed during the Christmas and March Break and for the period beginning 3 weeks after the first Monday following the last day of school year until 1 week before Labour day.

* The office hours during the first 3 weeks beginning on the first Monday following the last day of the school year and the 1 week before Labour Day shall be from 9:00am to 3:00pm
